Placeteco use state of the art technologies for vacuum forming, laminating composites part, resin infusion, polyurethane injection and moulding of silicone parts.

Plastic cnc machining

Placeteco is equipped with a CNC machine shop. This machine shop contains one 5-axis machine (with a working envelop of 120 x 120 x 24 inches) used for non-metallic materials, one 3-axis machine (with a working envelop of 20 x 40 x 24 inches) used for all types of materials, and one 3-axis cutting table. We are also equipped with a conventional vertical milling machine and a conventional lathe.

Parts moulded using the vulcanized silicone process are capable of withstanding higher temperatures and can be used for a diverse number of applications.» more

With the use of a Computer Numerical Controlled (CNC) machine we can work on 3 axis on all types of materials and on 5 axis on non-metallic materials.
