Placeteco use state of the art technologies for vacuum forming, laminating composites part, resin infusion, polyurethane injection and moulding of silicone parts.

Aerospace composites

With a large clean-room (35 feet X 65 feet), Placeteco is well-equipped to manufacture composite parts for the aerospace industry. We mainly fabricate interior components such as center consoles, glare-shields, armrests, and much more. We use different types of prepreg (glass fiber, carbon fiber, epoxy resin, and phenolic resin) and different types of cores, such as honeycomb, polyurethane foam, and kledge, as required for the application.

The polyurethane process is suited for moulding flexible parts (arm-rest, head-rest, etc) or rigid parts (bumpers, frames, etc). It also allows for the customization of colour, texture, and hardness.» more
5 » Vulcanised silicone
Parts moulded using the vulcanized silicone process are capable of withstanding higher temperatures and can be used for a diverse number of applications.» more
6 » Machining (CNC)
With the use of a Computer Numerical Controlled (CNC) machine we can work on 3 axis on all types of materials and on 5 axis on non-metallic materials.
